Westly says, “I have been married for 29 years to my beautiful wife Lori. We have three children, John, Laura and Lisa and three grandsons Alec, Kaleb and Landon.”

He has been in residential construction for 23 years. Westly attended the University of California Riverside and received his certificate in Facility Management and Plant Engineering. His interests are baseball, golf, history, and spending time with his family.
