    Pinnacle is honored to be the property manager for The Villages at Fort Irwin. California Military Communities (CMC) LLC is a joint venture between Clark, Pinnacle, and the U.S. Army. The CMC partnership officially began operations at Ft. Irwin on March 1, 2004, and our team has be working ever since to rebuild, renovate, and maintain the family housing. Pinnacle is dedicated to providing exceptional management services to all of our residents for many years to come. We are proud to welcome you home!

    Thinking about hosting a party?

    Why not use our party room? It's available everyday from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. You can call (888) 419-6499 for reservations and details.


    Sandy Basin Annex

    The Sandy Basin Annex is now available for reservations. The facility is located on the west side of the Sandy Basin Community Center. It holds up to 185 people, offers a full kitchen and three large meeting rooms.


    During times of high occupancy due to rotation we recommend that you make reservations at the Landmark Inn about three months prior to your arrival.

    Check on the Status of
    Your Work Orders!

    Residents can submit new work orders and view the status of a existing service requests online, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Please log in or create a new login account if you have not done so already.
